ABOUT THE INSTITUTE Star Aviation Academy is the top Institute for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical and Avionics Stream) in National Capital Region (NCR). Establishment of SAA started in 2005 and the Academy was approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India in July 2006. The training at SAA meets international standards in accordance with norms laid down by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). With harmonisation of Indian regulation with European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) we are rejigging our training facilities, methodology and quality of training to meet the modern day requirements. It is matter of pride that in the short span of ten years our students are employed in all domestic airlines and many have made their career in international airlines also.
